Cone shaped leather parachute encloses at the base of your balls and secures using 2 snaps. The parachute has many tiny stainless steel pins / spikes pricks on the inside and on the disc, it makes stretching a little more exciting and painful! Once put on, there are three chains that hang from the parachute and connect to a metal ring at the bottom where you can place a weight and start stretching those balls out! The disc adds an extra fun by distributing the pain under the testicles :)
