All items supplied are new goods.
While every attempt has been made to supply the correct colour, size & description of all items, some variations may occur, due to manufacturers changes or alterations.
Our Liability
BONbdsm’s liability is limited to the cost of the goods sold. BONbdsm is not liable for any other amounts or damages of any type.

Return Of New Items
BONbdsm allows you to return any new and unopened merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. There will however be a 20%re-stocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Return Of Defective Items
We allow you to return any defective merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing or damaged components.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom made or Exclusive items are only refundable if the item is defective.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must returned in the original packaging and in "new" condition for returns, or show "reasonable" wear if defective. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, BONbdsm will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization.

Shipping Time
We guarantee that your order will be shipped once an order has been received by us. However to reduce the risks of fraud, international orders will be shipped after three to four business days from the date of order acknowledgment by BONbdsm.

Shipping Taxes and Fee
All government or private duties, taxes and fee are to be incurred by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the country’s laws regarding the products purchased and Customs implications.

Customers may not use, or permit to be used, any images of the company’s goods, without writing agreement from an authorised signatory on behalf of the Company.
